Important Changes and Developments

     S.C.L. Motor Part Co., Ltd. (Public Company Limited) (“the Company”), originally a limited partnership named Seng Chieng Long, was established on December 2, 1964, to conduct the business of automotive parts distribution. The company was officially appointed as an ISUZU automotive parts dealer in 1969. Subsequently, on April 2, 1981, it was re-registered as a company with an initial registered capital of 5 million Baht and has since continuously expanded its business and product range.
     Today, the company is a comprehensive distributor of automotive parts, covering more than 167,000 items, including genuine parts from various automotive brands such as ISUZU, MITSUBISHI, TOYOTA, HONDA, FUSO, FORD, NISSAN, and CHEVROLET. Additionally, it distributes standard-compliant replacement parts from recognized auto parts manufacturers like AISIN, KAYABA, EXEDY, DENSO, and TOKICO.

     Over the past 58 years, the company has been committed to providing quality products and improving customer service, not to mention the expertise and readiness of our personnel, with extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive parts industry. These commitments have earned the trust of over 1,600 customers nationwide. This includes medium and small automotive parts businesses, numerous service center chains, and insurance companies.
      Furthermore, the company continuously adapts and enhances its business operations to align with changing consumer behaviors. It has expanded its distribution channels through various online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Big Thailand, and Egg Mall. Dedicated to service, the company's policy is to offer genuine parts and standard-compliant alternatives, ensuring rapid and friendly service, so customers can confidently receive the correct parts quickly, as per the company's slogan "Correct in Every Part, Genuine in Every Piece."

  1. 1964

    Registered as a limited partnership, Seng Chieng Long, on December 2, 1964, for automotive parts distribution.

  2. 1969

    Appointed as the Isuzu automotive parts dealer in Thailand by Kyodo Sangyo Company Limited, Japan (now ISUZU A&S Company Limited),
    later appointed by Tripetch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd.

  3. 1981

    Re-registered as ST Enterprise Co., Ltd. on April 2, 1981, with a capital of 5 million Baht,
    succeeding Seng Chieng Long and inheriting Isuzu dealership rights.

  4. 1989

    Changed its name to S.C.L. Motor Part Co., Ltd. on June 1, 1989.

  5. 1991

    Appointed as the Mitsubishi automotive parts dealer in Thailand by Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

  6. 1993

    Increased registered capital from 5 million to 10 million Baht by issuing 50,000 new ordinary shares at 100 Baht
    each on May 11, 1993, for business expansion.

  7. 1997

    Began distributing automotive parts for FORD, MAZDA, and NISSAN, including replacement parts like
    TAMA water valves and KYB shock absorbers.

  8. 1999

    Increased registered capital from 10 million to 15 million Baht by issuing 50,000 new ordinary shares at 100 Baht
    each on April 29, 1999, for business expansion.

  9. 2001

    Increased registered capital from 15 million to 20 million Baht by issuing 50,000 new ordinary shares at 100 Baht
    each on December 6, 2001, for business expansion.

  10. 2002

    Increased registered capital from 20 million to 25 million Baht by issuing 50,000 new ordinary shares at 100 Baht each
    on September 26, 2002, and further to 45 million Baht with 200,000 new shares at 100 Baht each on December 16, 2002, for business expansion.

  11. 2003

    Increased registered capital from 45 million to 55 million Baht by issuing 100,000 new ordinary shares at 100 Baht each on July 11, 2003.

  12. 2004

    Increased registered capital from 55 million to 67 million Baht by issuing 120,000 new ordinary shares at 100 Baht
    each on December 15, 2004, for business expansion.

  13. 2005

    Achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification from TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH, becoming the first company in the automotive parts distribution industry to receive this quality certification.

  14. 2006

    Began expanding its market to general automotive service centers (Fast Fit) and increased registered capital from 67 million
    to 68.518 million Baht by issuing 15,180 new ordinary shares at 100 Baht each on May 2, 2006, for business expansion.

  15. 2008

    Constructed the Kanchanapisek Distribution Center in Lad Lum Kaew District, Pathum Thani Province,
    with a 9-acre area and a 6,000 square meter facility. Increased registered capital from 68.518 million
    to 80 million Baht by issuing 114,820 new ordinary shares at 100 Baht each on October 27, 2008, for business expansion.

  16. 2010

    Began distributing TOYOTA automotive parts and was appointed as the dealer for FUSO truck parts in Thailand
    by Fuso Truck (Thailand) Co., Ltd., later appointed by Daimler Commercial Vehicles (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

  17. 2012

    Appointed as the Honda automotive parts dealer in Thailand by Honda Automobile (Thailand) Co., Ltd.,
    and initiated a call center system to enhance communication with customers.

  18. 2018

    Appointed as the Ford automotive parts dealer in Thailand by Ford Sales and Service (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
    and as the replacement parts dealer for DENSO in Thailand by DENSO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

  19. 2019

    Appointed as the replacement parts dealer for AISIN in Thailand by Aisin Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd.,
    and as the automotive filter dealer for TOKYO ROKI by Tokyo Roki (Indonesia) Co., Ltd.
    The company also began selling parts through various E-Commerce platforms.

  20. 2023

    March 16, 2023

    At the annual general meeting of shareholders, the following resolutions were approved:

    • - Conversion to a public limited company.

    • - Change in the par value of shares from 100 Baht to 0.50 Baht per share.

    • - Increase in registered capital by 45 million Baht from the existing 80 million Baht to 125 million Baht,
      by issuing 90 million new ordinary shares at 0.50 Baht each. The allocation details are as follows:

      • 20 million new ordinary shares offered to existing shareholders,
        who have subscribed and paid for the shares, increasing the paid-up capital to 90 million Baht.

      • 70 million new ordinary shares for additional capital increase.
